Have a dt140tclx Suzuki 140 hp motor hooked up with 2 batteries

have a dt140tclx Suzuki 140 hp motor hooked up with 2 batteries will not crank
with no plugs motor spins put plugs in will not
is there a fuse or reset button

Welcome,this question may need more than a single answer. Please post back with additional questions on this at any time.
There isn't a fuse that would stop it from cranking. We can do some tests with a common volt meter.
First measure the voltage at the batteries. Should be 12.5 vdc at rest. If lower, charge the batteries.
Next put your volt meter on the battery cables on the engine, ground and the starter solenoid. measure the voltage. If lower the cables may be bad.
Crank the engine see what happens to the voltage. If it drops real low, below 10 volts yet the voltage is still good at the battery the cables are bad, replace them.
