First drained all fuel and replace with non ethanol gas. Then Took it to trusted outboard PWCmechanics local. He said he did everything he knew to do...carburetor, etc and that he thought it was some kind of issue inside the engine.

Also replaced plugs, oil, fuel filters etc.

Hi and thank you for your question.
Has anyone done a compression test on the engine? Although it does sound fuel related, there is always a strong possibility it could be a mechanical issue as well. If you have done a compression test, what were the results, if you haven't, please do one and let me know. We can take it from there.
Thanks Customer
