I have a 2003 Polaris that I got as a gift but it won't start I purchased new spark plugs and tried to see if I get any spark when I turn it over no spark do you know what I would need to check next?

Yes there is a kill switch, make sure that you do have the lanyard installed to part 7. If it is not there, the craft will not start. If it has been sitting for some time, chances are that it is going to need a carb cleaning and possibly some electrical work.
