With the exception of battery voltages, such as the starting system, you can't use a normal voltmeter to check the voltages in the ignition system.
The stator puts out AC volts, not DC volts. The rectifier changes it to DC voltage. What you want to check is the diodes in the rectifier. Use an ohm meter.
From the yellow to the red disconnected you should have resistance on your ohm meter, then reverse your leads and you should have no continuity. Repeat for the other yellow wire. This should tell you if the rectifier is OK or not.
If you have an inductive timing light, run the engine and watch the timing light flashes, repeat on the other three cylinders. Check for any misfiring, cross firing or stuttering flashes on any cylinder. Do this throughout the rpm range. If the flashes are steady on all 4 then the ignition system is OK.
Do these and post back your results and don't worry about rectifier voltages.

Check on the battery. It is absorbing the voltage and should give you a good reading. There is a small ground wire on the solenoid but the main ground is on the engine block.
