The brown and brown/yellow wires are the charge coil wires from the stator to the powerpack. You should have the same coming out of the stator to connect to these.
What color wires do you have out of the stator? Two yellow wires and ?

Well lets get all the wiring connected properly and then see what happens. Do you have a spark tester? If not pick one up at the local auto parts store.
