The looper motors 5000-6000 rpms. Use the prop you have and go from the full throttle rpms. 2" of pitch equal 200 rpms. So if you go up 2" of pitch you loose 200 rpms. If you go down 2" pitch you gain 200 rpms.
Yes that is correct going down in pitch will improve the hole shot. But there again you don't want to over rev at full throttle. This is the reason you need to run to full throttle to see what your rpms are now. If you are going to only use for skiing or tubing change the prop that gives the best performance. If you are going to be running at full throttle allot use the prop that turns close to 6000 for that purpose. But you need to check full throttle rpms regardless of what prop you are running.
