Tear it down completely inspecting the other pistons and cyl wall conditions for gouges deep enough to be felt with your fingernail. All cyls should at least get a hone run through them and the bores checked for top to bottom roundness as well as size.
the finished bore size is supposed to be 3.600". If any are more than .002" over this you should bore them and install new pistons and rings.
You do not have to bore all 6 cyls in this engine to get it back to good running condition. One or more oversized pistons can be used along with the remaining "good" standard sized pistons.
All cyls regardless of whether they require boring should be honed and new rings installed.
