If it runs with the choke on then one or more of the highspeed jets are plugged and the carbs will need to be removed and cleaned. Be sure they remove the jet from each of the carb bowls and clean.

<p>OK</p><p> </p><p>A couple of drops is not a big deal. If the motor runs better with the choke on then it is running lean. Either from not enough fuel getting thru the carbs, an air leak between the carbs and the cylinders or not enough fuel getting pumped to the carbs. Is your vent on the fuel tank open and working? Does it help if you pump the fuel bulb? Is the airsilencer installed, it will run lean without it. One thing you could do is shine a timing light down the throats of the carbs with it running and you should see the spray of fuel coming out of the bowl pickup.</p>
