The first thing would be to make sure the the kill switch tether is on. Next I would disconnect the wiring harness and spin the engine over by jumping the starter solnoid. That will tell you if the problem is in the boat or on the motor. If it has spark then the problem is in the boat wiring. Also please get me the model number of the motor. Evinrude never made a 150HP V4.
