Hello and welcome
The fist thing to do is try a second key and double check the fuel pump fuse if you have not done so.
If no luck, then this would indicate a lack of spark, or lack of fuel or lack of compression.
Lack of spark would commonly be a bad crank sensor, or problem with the ecu (engine control computer) or ecu power supply. Sometimes an anrti theft issue.
Lack of fuel would be a failed fuel pump, bad filter/pressure regulator or problem with the fuel pump power supply (relay if fitted, wiring, etc).
The most likely of the above would be a bad fuel pump, but additional checks will need to be made to verify.
If you are able you can try to carefully start the car using starter fluid spray. If it starts using this, then you have confirmed that you have spark and that the problem is with fuel supply.
You can also check for power at the pump and to see if it is running.
The most likely of all the above would be a failed fuel pump which would require it be replaced.
There is no ecu reset
Sounds like the pump isn’t running then because it’s faulty or not getting power
It could just be residual pressure or it could be insufficient pressure
No it probably wouldn’t show you a code on a basic obd scanner for any of this
I’m not familiar with it
You are welcome
