My car went to limp mode last week, it gives me 2b26, It disappeared when I turn off and turn back on the car. Then it happened a few times again. I researched found out it was throttle acuator on bank 2. I removed the acuator today trying to replace the gear on both bank. However I found the gear was perfectly fine.
