since you have a fault for the disa, I would definitely recommend replacing it as it could be the cause of your issue and is faulted no matter what.
if the misfires still persist, next would be the check compressoin and then check for air leaks or a failed crankcase ventilation system, or possibly a failed airflow sensor.
I would say 99% either the disa, air leak or crank case vent isuse will prove to be the problem.

Just looking as my e46 330xi MY2001 has a nagging P0171 and
Just looking as my e46 330xi MY2001 has a nagging P0171 and P0174 pending errors that eventually pop up. The ccv was replaced, I replaced the O2 sensors (upstream ones), checked and replaced the intake hoses and DISA. Cleaned the ICV valve and throttle body with a new TB gasket. Plugged a missing vacuum port plug in back of the intake manifold no visible leaks with VCG. So at wits end with this issue. Then I read that a possible clogged inline fuel filter may be culprit.
