Customer Question

It won't start. Turn the key and nothing, not even any noise. I checked the battery it is good. The radio works, windows work, parking lights work but not headlights. Door locks work.
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs?
Customer: Bulbs are good. The car was running fine this morning, started and stopped it 3 times. Then 4th time went out to run another errand and nothing.
JA: What is the model/year of your BMW?
Customer: 2004 Z4 convertible
JA: Are you fixing your Convertible yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I called my mechanic. He is closed this week. A friend checked my battery for me - after that we're in over our heads.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Don't think so.
