Customer Question

I have a 2004 BMW 330xi. I recently pur new LED bulbs in my car and within a day got the dash warning light was out. After about a week I stopped to get gas and car would not start. I have full power inside and out of car, my alarm system seems to still work, tested battery and it's good. Could the light thing have anything to do with it not starting? Or do I need to order a new starter?
JA: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?
Customer: Yes, checked fuses. Dashboard lights work and I also put old bulbs back in tail lights. Still no start, not even turn over
JA: Are you fixing your 330xi yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Trying to figure out if it's the starter or canbus?
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of.

I think it is unreleated to the bulbs. Does the engine crank over?

No crank, not even a click

Hmm, You have tested the battery and it was good? If so then I would suspect the starter has failed.
