Customer Question

The rear driver side passenger window is not working. I was in freezing temperature and lower the window now will not stay up, all other windows working fine. Also there is a problem with the outside mirrors I hat this problem for 2 years now. When I I disconnect the battery for some time then the mirrors work. But today there was lots of snow on the windows I lower the driver side and the passenger side to clean the snow now the passenger window dos not go up so I pulled with my hands but won't stay closed. I have 32000 mil on this BMW X3 2009.
