I have been informed that my 2004 7 series with 160000 miles

Customer Question

I have been informed that my 2004 7 series with 160000 miles need to have the heads removed ,cleaned out and valve guides drilled out. It currently uses about four its of oil between oil changes.
What should or could I do at this point

You could keep driving it adding oil, do what the shop suggested, or you could get another engine.

How long will I be able to drive this car before it dies out I am told that this is becoming more of a problem with 7 series along with Audi Is that correct?

Yes, if you keep checking and adding the oil you could drive it a long time.
