This code sets when the mass airflow sensor's signal is implausible for the given engine conditions. In comparison to RPM, throttle angle, load, etc, the mass airflow reading is either too high or low. This could be a sensor issue, a leak after the sensor, or possibly a wiring problem.

Was the same code setting both before and after the sensor was replaced?
Where did the sensor come from?
