I have a 2009 mini clubman. I had the thermostat replaced

Customer Question

I have a 2009 mini Cooper clubman. I had the thermostat replaced because it was leaking and now my check engine light keeps going on even though there is no overheating problem. My mechanic also replace the sensor thinking that might be the problem and again the check engine Light continues to go on and read said there is a thermostat cooling problem but the car is not overheating and seems to be running fine.
