does it run?

when does it stall?

any codes?

When we stop at a light the car cut off and the when it I restart the car it takes it while for it to move again

ok, first thing i would look at is a vacuum leak when the engine is cold. also fuel pressure. then the pcv system, those are the common issues. if the issue has just started to happen it may not have been long enough yet to set a code.

the intake boot from the air filter housing to the throttle body is the most common place for a vacuum leak, the boots tear and air leaks past the mass air flow meter. check that and let me know.
