Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

If you are not able to gain access to the bottom of the fuse pane then your other option is to isolate the power feed wire to the fuse as well as the power out wire and run a new wire with installing an in line fuse. Doing this would by-pass the fuse panel and any bad connection you could have. Just be sure to solider you connection to avoid any further connection concerns.

The power supply wire to the fuse is green/violet and the power wire out is and green/yellow to the pump. See the enclosed wiring diagram in the link below.
