I have a 2005 BMW, starts great, idles great, runs great, until when your driving and you give it some gas to pass the transmission feels like it slips then large amounts of white smoke come pouring out, the idle feels like it's going to stall, then next day starts just fine runs fine idles fine until it does the slipping again

The white smoke comes pouring out of the exhaust

Is the car losing oil or coolant?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Oil looks good no whiteness or foaming
1 gal. Antifreeze needed to be added when I bought it about a month ago, I have not been running it on a regular basis, but antifreeze level is good

Maybe disa?

I will provide an honest answer. I trust this will be appreciated. Please remember that a low rating PUNISHES me for being honest and that I receive nothing for my time until a positive rating is clicked.
This isn't the disa.
If the car is billowing white smoke it has to be burning oil or coolant.
Oil would be a faulty crankcase vent valve or leaky valve seals.
Coolant would be a blown head gasket.
Grey smoke could be a mis fueling issue such as a bad airflow sensor
Please let me know if you have further questions. Please do not forget to click a positive rating as this is the only way I receive credit for my answer, thank you. Best wishes with your vehicle.
