Customer Question

I have a p0505 code on my 01 330ci. I replaced the icv along with many other typical hoses of known idle issues along with Crank Ventilation and Oil seperator part and although the car is idling better it will still surge unexpectedly. I have unassembled and reinstalled parts to insure proper figment and the P0505 code continues to appear. Your thoughts?

  • Excessive Intake Air Leak
  • Defective Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor
  • Defective PCV Crankcase Breather System
