I unplugged the two plugs at the motor for the window on the drivers door. The battery occasionally gets drained and I thought it was running, when I reconnected it I was unable to get the passenger door window to go up. It is half way down and wont go up.

I am sorry that you have not been helped yet. I just came online and saw your question
Many times you can get the window up by pulling it upwards as someone else pushes the up switch off and on constantly.
Another option is to pull the door panel and use jumper wires to apply 12v to the window motor to get it go all the way up.
