My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
If your model has a manual transmission this can be a fault with the clutch pedal position switch itself.I would have this checked/tested further to see if this is the cause here needing replaced.
The cam code may be a solenoid or cam actuator fault needing replaced. This usually won't cause a no start unless the timing is off so this needs checked into as well to locate and repair the fault.
Thanks Pete
