You need to check the power supply to the steering rack, pins 1 and 2 of the main connector of the rack, should be a red and black wire. Also make sire there is 12 volts from pin 3 to ground. Let me know what the outcome is.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
That 12v is ok
The code we getting is48000f ICM, active steering: rotor position sensor value invalid

DO2C67 DSD interface ( status ,DSC 47.1.2) signal invalid
D51A53 signal ( actual value of front axle steering angle 57.1.2) invalid transmitter ICM

You'll need to check the wiring from the steering rack to the central gateway module (located under the dash on the drivers side at the bottom of the a pillar). This is the flexray communication bus and may be your programming issue. These wires need to be checked for continuity and shorts. Pins 1 and 4 at sub connector of steering rack, and pins 34 and 16 at top connector at central gateway module. Colors of wires are pink/blue and green/blue. Let me know how you make out. -JP
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
We did look that wire an the module that is behind the drivers wheel and was all ok
That is the one I should look one more time ?
Expert:  JayPutelis replied 2 years ago.
You need to check the wires from the rack to module inside the car as stated.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
We did it.
Is connected An is not cut
I test the pin 1 and 4 is 96.92 ohm in the rack
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Look the wire
Expert:  JayPutelis replied 2 years ago.
