VerifiedHi, have you tried to reset the system yet? You can do this by disconnecting the car battery negative terminal for 5 mins to discharge the power from all of the control units, reconnect and check to see if it works. Try this before going any further. Ensure the keys are left out of the ignition when doing this.

The electronic lock appears to be functioning correctly, the opening rod moves up and down, but when I closed the door I can not open it from the outside or inside, even when manually operating the latch mechanism on the electronic lock.
