Hello, I'm Jason.
I will do my best to answer your question quickly and accurately using the information you have provided.

The first code is a misfire code related to low fuel level, second is pre-cat fuel trim too rich, and the third is rear oxygen sensor too lean.

This doesn't mean that the oxygen sensor(s) are bad. They're likely reading perfectly, and just reporting the fuel trim conditions. When I see all of these codes together, the issue is almost always an unmetered air leak. This means some sort of intake leak downstream of the air mass meter. In many cases, it can be traced to one or both air intake rubber boots between the air mass meter and the throttle body. The one closest to the throttle body has a small rubber accordion type of fitting that develops cracks. The second most common cause is a failing air-oil separator, which lives under the intake manifold. The third most common leak area is the intake manifold changeover valve, otherwise known as the DISA valve.

Now, my suggestion, rather than replacing a bunch of parts immediately, is to have a good diagnostic shop perform what is known as a smoke test on the intake system. This pressurizes the intake with inert smoke, and wherever it comes out is the part that needs to be repaired.
