My dash computer is not working after changing my battery
Expert:  Steve replied 6 years ago.

There is no reset required after replacing the battery. If the computer is not working there are two possibilities.

1) the fuse is blown (please check)

2) the computer has failed and will need to be replaced.

If the fuses check out okay, then the computer will need to be replaced. I am sorry I cannot have better news for you, but this is the reality of the situation and is a complete and accurate answer to your question.

I hope that is helpful, please let me know if you have further questions, or if I can clarify anything for you.

Where do I find the fuse
Expert:  Steve replied 6 years ago.

The main fuse panel is located at the back of the glove box. There are additional fuses behind the right side trim panel in the trunk but you want the ones in the glove box.

There will be a digram inside showing which fuse is for what.

Please let me know if you have further questions.
