VerifiedOk, the clicking noise is the sound the starter makes when there is not enough power to spin the engine over.
Your battery is discharged too much, from cranking the engine over alot when you had no fuel in the tank.
You'll need to either jump start the car, Charge the battery, or swap in another battery.
The battery lives in the trunk behind the trim panel on the right side.
There is a jump start terminal under the hood, it's under a plastic cover labeled with a plus sign. The negative terminal is a bare metal post near the positive terminal.
Jump starting properly will do the trick.
