I have a Smith and Wesson 44 Magnum."Mountain Gun" that I have owned for over 15 years. I bought it brand new, there has not been over 10 rounds put through it. There is not a mark on the gun. What is the value on it?

Open the cylinder and look at the part of the frame that was covered by the "crane" (the part of the gun that the cylinder swings out on). You should see "Mod" and a number - what do you see?
