Pets, Money, Tech and Legal Matters Kept JustAnswer Experts Busy in March 

Pets - particularly pups and pooches - along with legal queries, tech problems and finance concerns - topped the list of categories receiving the highest increase in questions for March. 

 

March Trending Topics by Question Volume

• Animal Behavior - questions up 64% 

All questions for pet specialists increased in March, but dog trainers in particular were in high demand, with canine-specific behavior questions spiking 400% over February! 

• Finance - questions up 32% 

As the start of the annual and much dreaded tax season, March is not surprisingly a time we typically see a spike in questions about financial matters and this year was no exception. However, that’s not the full story. While JustAnswer saw a 29% increase in tax questions since February, we also saw a 37% increase in Social Security questions this month.   

• Computer - questions up 12% 

JustAnswer tech experts were busy in March - possibly linked to tax software glitches. 

• Legal - questions up 9% 

Within law, it was questions about family law (up 12%) and immigration law (up 11%) that increased the most in March. Interestingly, a number of immigration questions pertained to inquiries about how to get a family member from Ukraine to the US.
