Customer: noticed the smell today and am assuming it is from her injuries

Customer: she is covered in feathers so I’m not sure under her wing is all torn up and bloody showing meat

The green area on the skin is concerning, that is usually a sign of an infection. Are you able to have Her seen in person by a veterinarian? From what I see in the photo, I suspect that she is going to need prescription medication

I can't not afford her seen in person. I do have fishmox and other medications here that I have been given in the past and I have iodine along with silver honey

I understand, unfortunately I cannot advise on a specific treatment without being able to examine her in person and have a diagnosis confirmed.

Could you advice on if something would be harmful for her to take or safe?

I can tell you that fish medication is not a safe option, as it is not even for the species that we are trying to treat.
