Customer: It happened last night and was bleeding for about 10 minutes but it stopped after that and I haven't seen any blood this morning

I'll do my best to help you with home care suggestions and advice for the best course of action. Is she eating and drinking? Can you send me a close up and in focus photo of the wound? You can attach photos to this conversation.

She was eating and there wasn't any blood this morning when I checked on her. Just now though there is blood and here are some pictures
Is her beak stable? Not wiggly at the crack site?

Also what should I feed her? She eats the pellets

It is stable, isn't wiggly. I'm thinking she may be bleeding from the food. She gets pellets, what soft food should I get her, or should I get water mixed with it like we do the chicks?
Mix water in the pellets or get her crumbles. Offer chopped up fruit and vegetables. Use a new soft toothbrush to gently wash the crack. Blot it dry and put a coating of neosporin along the crack. Repeat that over the next few days if it looks like food or dirt has gotten in the crack.
That should be all the treatment she needs.
