There is also a hard lump on the front of her neck and a hard lump on her front right breast. She is not been her usual self and has been like this for three days. Do you know what I can do to help her?

hi! I am sorry to hear about autumn . Is it possible it is her crop you are feeling. She may have an impacted crop. You can start with some water and a bit of olive oil to soften the impaction. wait 10 minutes and try and massage the crop to loosen up the contents

How much olive oil?
I would give 10 ml and you can repeat the process a couple times every few hours. Just monitor the droppings. if no better than I would bring her to a local vet to see if they can remove any contents
I will sometimes use a homeopathic remedy called nux vomica 30c if you can access it. You can usually find it at most health food stores or online. You can give a few pellets twice a day to help as well
