I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Can you tell me, please, if Reg were born that way (very unusual) or lost the toes over the last 3 months (more likely) which is usually due to aggressive cage mates, unsafe caging or cage furniture, trauma and vascular compromise (dry gangrene)?
