I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. We don't have many avian-oriented vets on the site. Yes, tylosin is a good choice of antibiotic for the bacterial infections that cause those symptoms in geese and ducks. I dose it at 20-30 mg/kg once daily given intramuscularly. You can also add the soluble powder to the drinking water at a dose of 2.5 grams/5 liters of drinking water for 3 days.
