Customer Question

My eclectus is very lethargic, not interested in eating (but appears to be hungry), not drinking and he's not well balanced. he's been fluffing up his features and sleeping all day and occasionally shaking his head and grumbling. He's very docile, normally if he's not happy he's not shy to bite.
