Thanks for your question. I'm very sorry to hear that Mango is sick.
If it was just his right foot being injured, I'd be thinking that he caught his foot/leg in or on something and injured it this way. This would be even more so if that leg has a band on it.
However, since his signs seem to be worsening and he is more weak, then he needs veterinary attention tonight. When birds get sick, it is serious. They are very good at hiding the fact that they don't feel well. By the time you see signs, they have likely been sick longer than you realize. Is there any chance that he could have chewed on something metal? This could include things like toys, mirrors, etc.
Right now, try to keep him warm and quiet. Since he can't perch, keep him in a small aquarium with some towels or a pet taxi with some towels etc. Put food and water right by where he is in non-spillable bowls. I would NOT give him any over the counter products as these products are generally ineffective and may not be safe.
I'm not sure what part of the US you are in. You may need to check with local veterinary emergency clinics tonight. You can search www.aav.org for regular vet listings or let me know where you live and I may be able to help you with a referral.

I would doubt that the chocolate is the cause of the problem now. Chocolate is toxic because it has an ingredient called theobromine it in. This is similar to caffeine (there is caffeine in chocolate also). Signs of chocolate toxicity develop a few hours after ingestion. Bird's also have very fast transit times meaning things go through them much more quickly (so signs would develop even sooner). Signs can include vomiting, diarrhea, hyperactivity, change in heart rate.
So since it has been more than a day or more, the chocolate is most likely not the cause.
Since he was okay this AM, there is certainly a possibility that he could have fallen and hurt his back/legs. He could have an infection, pain etc. It is really hard to say online.
I would be very concerned about having him in your bed. He could be further injured (someone rolling on him, he falls off the bed etc). You could use a simple cardboard box (larger than a shoebox) with some towels down. Just watch that he doesn't get his toenails caught in the the loops of the towels. Leave the box open (I'm assuming he can't fly and get out).
