Bird feces has two components. One is solid and the other is liquid. Each bowel movement will have a solid and liquid as their system is different than a humans. Generally, they excrete frequently. It shouldn't be all watery, but should have form to it, with water around it, say if it were on a paper, you would see solid and liquid. I have included a link for handfeeding your bird which should answer more questions than you have asked.

From your description of the stool, it sounds normal and healthy.
