What are options for conservative management of post

Customer Question

What are options for conservative management of post menopausal pendulous abdomen and how are visceral vs subcutaneous composition assessed/treated?

A pendulous abdomen is fatty tissue. Its not composed of organs. There are not great conservative management options. Laser liposuction is an option that is less conservative. Of course paniculectomy is the more aggressive option, but always effective.

what are the "not great" options? I am specifically concerned about advantages/disadvantages of compression and postural orthotics, corsets vs shapeware, and separation of skin surfaces to reduce risks of fungal infection.

I am disappointed that your initial response did neither address assessment of abdominal fat visceral vs subcutaneous fat nor dismiss the concern relative to conservative management. I am not interested in surgical options as indicated in my original query.
