I agree with you that further surgery is not the answer. It sounds like your diet is high in carbohydrate, based on your symptoms. If your diet is primarily starchy foods, like bread, rice, potatoes, etc, then that may be the problem. Crunchy carbs like chips, cold cereal, granola, cookies, etc will also give patients that feeling.
The key for weight loss and feeling better is a diet based in more protein and veggies. Limit yourself to one serving of starch per day. In addition, it is important the eat small meals every 2-3 hours. Good snacks could be apples, orange slices, yogurt, cottage cheese, or protein shakes.
