In that case, no. Any meat you are eating needs to be cut to thumbnail size (length, width and thickness), and it really needs to be chewed. It will get easier to eat solid food over the next month, but not a ton easier. Remember not to drink anything (even a sip or two) for 10m before to 30m after meals.
You don't have a problem with your sleeve;your issue is not eating properly. Definitely an easier and safer problem to fix. Haha.

I do not think you are having a serious complication. It is that stuff between your ears that still needs a little re-training. Almost all my patients have the benefit of going thru 6 months of dietary modification, where I help them adjust to life after bariatric surgery. By the time they get their operation, most patients are already doing those little things, like cutting up food into small pieces, chewing real well, stopping when they get full, and not drinking while eating. That makes it much easier to incorporate the operation into their lifestyles afterwards.
In your case, you went somewhere with almost no nutritional counseling and had an operation. Once it was done, they said "see ya later, and oh yeah, here is a packet on how to eat right". That is a really hard transition. The rumbling in your tummy and belching is almost certainly due to you continuing to swallow air when you eat. If you were my patient, and being perfect about not swallowing air when you eat and drink, and still had a lot of belching and reflux, I would check an upper endoscopy to make sure you don't have a helicobacter infection (h. pylori), which is a common cause of heartburn in patients (both bariatric and non-bariatric).
You should not freak out about having a serious complication from surgery at this point. You have pretty much healed up at this point, and any problems you are having are ones that can be corrected with SLOWING DOWN when you eat. You should have 3 main meals per day, which will take 20 minutes or so to consume (meal fitting on a saucer plate). In between those meals should be a small snack, like a piece of fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, protein shake, etc. That means eating something every 2-3h. If those things aren't happening, you should rectify that deficiency.
