If you need to add creditors to your case, an amendment to any necessary schedules and the mailing list or matrix must be signed and filed with the Clerk’s Office at the location where your case is being administered. You are responsible for giving notice to the added creditors (i.e., sending copies of pleadings), the United States Trustee, and the trustee assigned to your case. You are also responsible for filing a Certificate of Service with the Clerk’s Office.

The landlord has no right to object to being added. Bankruptcy doesnt really let creditors object to you being in bankruptcy. The creditors can object to the Chap 13 plan or amount they are paid, but not to being creditors. And if you are current on rent then landlord cant move for relief from stay. If you meant that you are moving and cant afford the rent/will owe rent or under the lease still, then the landlord may be able to move for relief from stay to file an eviction to get you out (get possession); but the debt you owe landlord still remains part of the bankruptcy. The landlord cant get a money judgment against you are part of any eviction, the relief from stay is merely to get possession
