My wife has fico of 680+, mine is 630. Card debt in my name = 15K+, her debt = 2K.
Question: can I / should I do chapter 7 for me only?

You can do a chapter 7 on your own and it would make some sense to do it on your own based on what you have stated. However, first you will need to see if you qualify for a Chapter 7 by taking the means test. Please see this link.
