A judgment was awarded against me to plaintiff Legal Services in State Court by judge Dresnick because i missed court due to traffic accident Case no.:11-11904 CA 20 Amt. $16,179.00 bearing interest rate of 4.75% per year Done Sep.21,2012. Would the lawyer fees portion of $8,576.78 be completely dischargeable in a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

As long as the personal injury case did not result from a driving under the influence conviction the lawyers fees will be dischargeable in bankruptcy.
