Hi - my name is XXXXX XXXXX I am a Bankruptcy and Consumer Protection attorney here to assist you.

cfortunato :

If your Bankruptcy was discharged, and if you did not re-affirm your car loan, you are no longer legally liable to pay your car loan.

cfortunato :

Whether or not you return your car, you cannot be held liable for the balance owed for your car loan.

Thank you very much.
