cortrightlaw : You should deal with them seperately. If you are in a chapter 13 the you must not have been making your mortgage payments this the motion for relief was filed by your lender. You need to deal with this situation so that they do not proceed with the foreclosure. The. You can explore refinancing but it seems like that would be tough if you are in bankruptcy and not making your mortgage payments, qualifying for a loan would be difficult at best.
