What type of bankruptcy whould be advisable when you have high credit card bills and have spent more funds to move back home to the East Coast to help family and it all fell throught and my wife is ill and I don't know what to do. our social security and pension do not cover every thing we owe and our credit was excellent until the last two years. and now we are scraping just to buy food and our co-pays for our medicines. This makes me feel so badly. I don't know what to do. I have tried every thing but the payday loans and I know that is not to wise!
