My wife was awarded attorneys fees I am adding to a bankruptcy

Customer Question

My wife was awarded attorney's fees I am adding to a bankruptcy (Ch 13). How do I find out which was for the child and which was for property? That documentation is not on file with the court and her attorney won't provide it.

I am not quite sure what you mean by the difference between the fees for the "child" and for "property".. Do you mean how much time the attorney spent and billed for different parts of the divorce case?

Yes. That is what I mean.
