Hi, I'm a moderator for this topic. I've been working hard to find a professional to assist you right away, but sometimes finding the right professional can take a little longer than expected.

I wonder whether you're ok with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you. Thank you!

Did your attorney indicate the reasons why the filing was necessary to you?

This question CAN be answered. Sorry it has not been as soon as you would like.

What I need to know is whether the Plan has been confirmed. THAT can make a big difference.

ALSO, if the Plan has been approved, did any creditors object to it?

Thank you.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

The confirmation hearing was scheduled to be confirmed but they rescheduled it for 30 days because my lawyer finally heard me say the plan was made for more than I even make in income.

None of the creditors objected to the plan.
